Terms of service.
**1. General Information**
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all tarot readings and consultations provided by Hous of Nu.
1.2. By booking a tarot reading and consultation, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions
1.3. Code of conduct. We maintain a respectful and non-judgemental environment. Harassment or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the session with a refund.
**2. Services Provided**
2.1. All tarot readings are conducted online via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp.
2.2. A meeting link will be provided to you after scheduling your reading.
**3. Booking and Scheduling**
3.1. Bookings must be made in advance through our online scheduling system.
3.2. Please ensure that you are certain of your chosen date and time, as there is a no refund policy.
3.3. The price of the readings covers the full reading time. 30 min readings won’t exceed 45mins and 60 min readings will not exceed 90 min without incurring an extra charge for elapsed time. The rate charged will be for an additional reading.
3.4. Eligibility. Clients must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to participate in a session.
3.5. By booking, you confirm that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.
3.6. all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us
3.7. Packages: Use provided code to redeem your appointments when you schedule a reading. Only applicable for the specified Readings. there is a 90 day expiry date from the date of purchase
**4. No Refund Policy**
4.1. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued.
4.2. Customers are advised to be certain of their date choice before booking.
**5. Rebooking Policy**
5.1. If you qualify for rebooking it must be arranged no later then 72hrs of the original consultation date. For consultations booked to commence within this period a rebooking cannot be arranged and falls under the no refund policy.
5.2. Rebooking requests must be made via email request to Hous of Nu and are subject to availability. Please see cancellations policy for more details.
**6. Disclaimer**
6.1. Tarot readings are for entertainment and personal growth purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice. They do not replace professional advice such as medical, legal or financial guidance.
6.2. No guarantees. We make no guarantees about the accuracy and or outcomes of the consultations.
**7. Privacy**
7.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

7.3. Intellectual property. All materials and information shared during the session are the intellectual property of Hous of Nu.
7.4. Governing law. All these terms are governed by the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
