2. Print-on-Demand Policy
All our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process. This ensures that each item is custom-made just for you. As a result:
Non-Returnable: Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued if the item is found to be faulty. Please refer to Section 4 for details on reporting issues.
3. Quality Assurance
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, minor variations in colour, print placement, or framing due to the print-on-demand process are normal and not considered defects.
4. Faulty Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, please follow these steps:

Provide Evidence: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault.
Resolution: Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund for the faulty product.
