Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your tarot session. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Notice:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Rescheduling:

• You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty and must be rescheduled within a month subject to availability.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

• Cancellations made within later then 24 hours of the session or failure to attend will result in the full session fee being charged.

• Rebooking must be arranged no later then 72hrs of the original consultation date. For consultations booked to commence within this period a rebooking cannot be arranged and falls under the no refund policy.

Refunds:

• No Refunds for cancellations. Please see rescheduling options.

Rescheduling Exceptions:

• In exceptional circumstances, we may accommodate last-minute changes at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss.
